PTSA Membership ROCKS!

Serene Lake PTSA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, member organization dedicated to serving children. The PTSA works in partnership with the school principal, teachers and staff to make Serene Lake a place where every child can excel.  By joining PTSA, you are making a statement that children are important.
As a member of our PTSA, you also become a member of the Washington State PTA and the National PTA. The Washington State PTA provides training and support to local PTSAs and also works diligently to influence legislation that will benefit education and children.

Your decisions – Membership allows you to be part of decisions that affects your child’s education and experience at Serene Lake. PTSA Board members and chairpersons work closely with our principal and the school staff to plan and improve programs and activities that enrich our children’s educational experience.
 
Your voice – Serene Lake PTSA teams up with the district and state PTA to bring your opinions and concerns about educational issues to state and local elected officials. Your membership and participation helps us join millions of others who care about issues that affect kids to advocate improving the health, welfare, and education of all children at home and across the nation.
